All returned items must be in the same condition as we originally shipped it.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. We receive a large volume of packages on daily biases so there is a high chance that packages without RMA#s will be lost. This in turn will prolong the time till the refund is posted.
If the product is defective and/or misrepresented by us, the return is free.
If the buyer changed their mind or purchased a wrong model, the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
If the return is sent back on customer’s label, the customer assumes responsibility for the package until it arrives at our location.
When customer’s label was used for the return, we reserve the right to reject returned products after inspection (i.e. physical damage, incomplete packaging). If physical damage occurred during return shipping, we will notify the costumer promptly. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier and start a damage claim immediately. Products are refurbished to the exact manufacturer specifications by the original manufacturer in a certified refurbishing center. Products may be used or unused and have been cleaned, quality checked and tested, they have been serviced if needed by the manufacturer's certified center. Factory refurbished products may have minor cosmetic blemishes and may or may not come with Manuals, batteries or back up disks, unless indicated.

Products are refurbished by a third part facility, not the original manufacturer. These products may have minor cosmetic blemishes due to normal usage. Reconditioned
These products are required to pass a careful assessment and testing by our technicians before they are released to the customer.
