    Description

An original World War Two letter including the cover that was written by a soldier named James. The letter is dated 1945. In one area it looks like he says,......I also saw a huge shark.........One of the ships officers told us about sharks killing about 650 men when a ship was torpedoed down here. He claims they came out of the water & pulled men off the edge of the life rafts. The men on the middle of the rafts...........had lost their minds when they were rescued. Not very pleasing but I believe it true.........     The cover has the send to address of Jamaica Plain Massachusetts.
I currently have other items listed that belonged to this individual.
The letter and cover have some wear and stain marks.
