    A WORKING, ACCURATE, 8-DAY, 15 JEWEL MOVEMENT WITH C.D.I.A. (CIVIL DATE INDICATOR) AND INCLUDES SWEEP SECOND HAND AND DAY-DATE.
    THIS AVIATION OR NAVAL SOUVENIER FROM WORLD WAR ll HAS SURVIVED VERY WELL.  IT WORKS ACCURATELY; HAS VERY CLEAR, UNSCRATCHED GLASS; NO DETERIORATION OF THE DIAL AND NUMERALS AND WINDING AND TIME ALTERATION IS DONE VIA A REMOVABLE SCREW AT THE REAR.
    IT MEASURES 3.25 INCHES IN DIAMETER WITH A DEPTH OF 1.375 INCHES.
    THE WALTHAM CLOCK COMPANY HAD ITS U.S. ORIGINS IN 1833 AND BECAME THE WALTHAM CLOCK COMPANY OF MASSACHUSETTS IN 1907.  THE COMPANY NO LONGER EXISTS IN THE U.S. BUT DOES IN SWITZERLAND AS WALTHAM INTERNATIONAL S.A.  EVERY CLOCK MANUFACTURED HAS A SERIAL NUMBER WITH WHICH EACH CLOCK CAN BE ACCURATELY DATED.
