**IMPORTANT NOTE 3:  PLEASE, wait until I invoice you through the system here before you make payment.  I usually invoice buyers no later than 24 hours after the end of the sale, and sometimes get it done within minutes of the end of the sale.  I appreciate the effort to make quick payment, but waiting for my invoice saves both of us time and money!

NOTES TO ALL BIDDERS, ESPECIALLY INTERNATIONAL (NON-US) BIDDERS:   I welcome International or non-US bidders to my auctions.
All International bidders must contact me to ascertain shipping and handling charges.  Please follow my rules so we can make the transaction easy and safe for both of us.

1.  PAYMENT.  Payment is due within 5 days of end of the auction.   If you are unable to comply with this, you MUST contact me prior to bidding to make arrangements.  Non-paying bidders will be reported to ebay and banned from my auctions.  There are no exceptions to this rule.

2.  DOMESTIC (US) SHIPPING:  US Customers pay USPS Priority Mail On-Line Rates plus a .00 to .00 handling fee (depending on the item size and packaging requirements) which includes insurance for items up to .00.   If flat-rate USPS shipping is less expensive, I will use that to lower our cost of shipping.  I always try to find the lowest cost shipping for my customers.

3.  If you are unsure about shipping before you bid, contact me to find out what these costs will be.
Shipping charges include packing, handling, insurance and customs fees.  Please be prepared to pay your country's customs fees.

4.  I require insurance for shipment of any item including shipping.  I insure the item for everything you pay- final price, shipping, handling, and insurance.  In order to insure the item for what you pay, I must list the full value of the item on the customs forms, including sale price, shipping, insurance, and handling.  I cannot insure an item for the amount of your purchase (including shipping and handling) if this is not listed on the customs form; if the item is lost, and it is not insured, you can't be reimbursed.  Please don't ask me to ship any item over .00 without insurance.  

5.  I will not falsify customs forms.  This is a crime in my country and I will not do it.  Please don't ask me to falsify custom forms.  

6.  INTERNATIONAL (NON-US) SHIPPING:  International customers pay whatever shipping I determine is most efficient and appropriate for their country, plus a .00 handling fee, plus insurance fees.
