    Description

    This is an original Vietnam War US Army USMC Helicopter Pilot & Crew Armored Flak Vest. This vest is dated 1969. It is a size Medium. The tag reads ARMOR , BODY FRAGMENTATION PROTECTION WITH 3/4 COLLAR. This type of vest was used by the Huey helicopter crews in Vietnam. I have read were many of the crews decided to sit on the vest for the best protection. This vest is about 12 pounds and is in very good condition with no stains or tears. It has a place for string to tie the sides together and that string is missing.This item is being sold as a collectable.  We accept payment by PayPal in US dollars only.  Payment must be received within 10 days of auction closing unless prior arrangements have been made.
