    This is an original USMC VMFAT-101 F-4 Phantom II Pilot's Flight Helmet Dark Blue Skull Cap. The skull cap is worn under the flight helmet to keep the helmet from sliding and to absorb the pilots sweat. This cap is a size medium and has no holds or tears. It does not appear to have been washed. The Styrofoam head is not included.This item is being sold as a collectable.
