A  censored #10 Penalty cover machine cancelled at the 7th Base Post Office on Sep 13, 1943. The cover, from an Army nurse, originated at APO #923 which was the US Army's 116th Station Hospital in Brisbane Australia.
The rear flap is no longer sealed. There are no postal markings on the back.
