Ultimate Vintage Buescher Collectible Saxophone Cork Grease Wax Tin Container.
Ok, the story on this unique piece is, I have a very close friend that is a Master Craftsman who has been rebuilding and refurbishing Brass instruments for 45 years. His specialty is Saxophones. I wanted him to take a look at a Buescher Alto that I thought about having refurbished. When he was going through the case he pulled this little tin out and said in 45 years he had never seen one of theses.
I’ve searched and never have found mention or even pictures of another similar piece. Thought I’d just put it out there and see if all those collectors that are about everything BUESCHER had any interest.

Zoom in on the pictures they show the condition best, certainly has scratching from being tossed around in cast for 80/90 years. I think serial # of Alto puts it in the 1930s.
