I've had this in my personal collection for 35 years. It was a special piece I acquired from a musician I knew at the time when I was studying music in school.
It is approximately 6 inches long with fine scale detail and features a rich
22-carat gold
finish giving it that desirable color among this grade of gold. As for the base metal, it is all brass. In addition, the mouthpiece may be removable but I have never tried.
A very classy display piece for a symphony player or serious musician. Or, perhaps you just collect gold plated scale model musical instruments that are hand built. Either way, it belongs in your collection.
It comes in a classy red velvet display/storage box which closes completely and latches shut.
