    This is for refurbishing YOUR Dymo DiscPainter.  We are NOT selling a new, used, or replacement printer.  We will refurbish YOUR Dymo DiscPainter printer for you.  See below for details.

    We DO NOT troubleshoot software issues.  If the printer moves the platter and spins the disc, it may not need servicing.  You may have a problem with the software or driver.  This service doesn’t address issues with software.
    Test Print
    Use a printable CD.  That can be one with a white surface or one you’ve put a white label onto for printing.
    Download the GenericTest image from this listing.
    Create a new project in Discus for Dymo and import the image (photo).
    Print the test.
    If the CD prints correctly, no don’t need this service.  If, however, the output is swirled or shows jittery lines (or just doesn’t look right, regardless of color), the belt is slipping and DOES need to be replaced.
    How Does the Process Work?
    After you determine the printer qualifies for repair, purchase the service on eBay.
    We will provide a ship-to address with the purchase.
    You pack the printer and ship it to us.  You pay to ship the printer to us
    We refurbish the printer and ship it back to you (a flat fee for return shipping is included).
