ProxyPurchase is a privately held business (with very low overhead), possessing a U.S. registered trademark, connected with a website based/independent-contractor operated business system which provides purchasing services for those who would like their purchases and/or identity to remain anonymous, un-trackable and un-stealable.
Included in the purchase is the registered trademark itself, and all rights associated with it, as well as the remaining print copies of the operations manuals (and the digital print-on-demand copy for reprints as necessary).  Additionally, you will receive the remaining promotional and operational paraphernalia (transaction pads, recruiter cards, etc).  Also included are the associated online accounts (linked-in, facebook, youtube, twitter and pinterest.
