McDonnell Douglas F-4 Horizontal Situation Gage. Also Used On F-105 And F-106

Up for bid is a cockpit HSI Horizontal Situation Indicator. These were used in the McDonnell Douglas F-4 Phantom II pilots cockpit and also in the Republic F-105 Thunderchief and Convair F-106 Delta Dart jets. See photos attached. This is a large heavy gauge. The course and DME knobs both work as they should. Being sold as a collector item only. Not airworthy. Would be great fo a flight sim also. This is a “flown” item. This gage was recovered from a jet that was broken done for spare parts. This aircraft instrument would be great in your aviation man cave or perfect if you are building up a F-4 or F-105,F-106. I believe the early A-10 and F-15 may have also used this instrument.
