My store is in Sikoku island not main land Japan and has no Fedex/DHL service station.

not lens but film surface,
very rare in the world.

clean the front and rear lens as attached photos.
You can enjoy this camera for long time in good condition.

Functional
It works properly on described below.
Mechanical parts moves properly
with the clear sound kacha! pitchi! very nice sound
and not loose,not stiff.
Shutter moves smoothly at each speed.
Bellows is very
clean and soft condition as shown on the photos.
Shutter speed changes at each speed including lower speed.
However lower speed may sometimes sticky especially cold season and after long time no work.
Please remind this item is the product of 60-70 years ago.
Optical system
Cleaning executed for the front and rear lens.
Front and Rear lens is clean and clear.
Trace of thin haze/dust,scratch on the front and rear lens.
I could find no fungus
No balsam separation
Lens condition rather very good.
A few dust on the view finder
(Cleaning of  the finder mechanism inside executed.)

Mamiya 6 V type Instruction manual (Japanese,copy)
