    I am offering a buy it now for a very nice lot of leather hardware. There are 10 Jeremiah Watts Horseshoe Brand heel bar buckles with a polka dot pattern. The buckle is 5/8" (inside width for a 5/8" strap). These are quality stainless steel buckles
