    LOT OF 12 HEEL BAR BUCKLES I am offering a buy it now for a very nice lot of leather hardware. There are 12 chrome plated brass #5 heel bar buckles in this lot. The buckle is 1" (inside width for a 1" strap). Similar buckles sell on Weaver Leather Supply for .40 each. I'm selling them for much less and you get free shipping in the US. They are new old stock from a closed saddle shop and are in excellent shape - nice and clean and ready to go to work for you... We have been shopping!
