KennelSol® Germicidal Detergent & Deodorant
KennelSol is a broad spectrum germicidal cleaner, deodorizer and disinfectant formulated for animal care facilities. The concentrated formula knocks out pathogens in one easy, labor-saving step. This very popular quaternary disinfectant is EPA registered and kills a broad spectrum of pathogens, including many important to the animal care industry. Effective against viruses (including Canine Parvovirus), bacteria, and fungi.
KennelSol retains its efficacy even in hard water. KennelSol’s pH neutrality at a dilution of 2oz per gallon of water (8oz per gallon for canine parvovirus) provides for the highest level of safety for animals and humans with no rinsing necessary. Cautions and Warnings
Do not house animals or empty equipment until treatment has been absorbed, set or dried. This product is not for use on medical device surfaces. Keep out of reach of children.
Directions and Dosage Instructions
Remove all poultry and feeds from premises, truck, coops, and crates. Remove all litter and droppings from floors, walls, and surfaces of facilities occupied or traversed by poultry. Empty all troughs, racks, and other feeding and watering appliances. Thoroughly clean all surfaces with soap or detergent and rinse with water. Saturate surfaces with the disinfecting solution (2 oz per gallon of water) for a period of 10 minutes. Immerse all halters, ropes, and other types of equipment used in handling and restraining animals as well as forks, shovels, and scrapers used in removing litter and manure. Ventilate buildings, coops, and other closed spaces. Do not house poultry or employ equipment until treatment has been absorbed, set, or dried. Thoroughly scrub treated feed racks, automatic feeders, fountains, and water soap or detergent, and rinse with potable water before reuse.
