This camera has been partially tested, all mechanisms are working, turn and click.  The lens seems allows to be cocked and released.  The aperture in the lens stops up and down going through the stops on the dial.
Camera -
Graflex Speed Graphic 4X5 Camera
Shows wear to the outside of the camera that comes with use and age.  There are metal parts that are rubbed and show a nice patina.  The camera has been air blown and wiped down.  Bellows look to be in good condition and attached.  The camera rail for the bellows moves freely.  The front element moves freely on the extension rail, tilt and swing work.  The gears that move the front lens back and forth freely move without issue.
Lens -
Kodak 127mm lens
Functions, can be cocked and shutter released.  Aperture moves between F stops on the wheel.  The glass element looks to have some condensation or spotting in the middle (please see photos of lens shoot through).
