    , dated 14 October 1944.   Recommends acknowledgment of the services rendered by Operations Analysts, and notes their contributions as "some of the ablest analytical minds of the country," but that "the nature if their work must remain largely secret."  I believe the Operations Analysts were responsible for identifying enemy bombing targets during the war, among other responsibilities. An original photostatic memorandum. It appears to be a photostatic signature as well.
