    Description

Found in a family member's stamp collection:  A V-mail letter from 1945 sent from a soldier stationed in England to someone with the last name Runge in Akron Ohio.
The letter has small writing, but it appears the sender may have the last name of Roe, the first name may be Charles.
The original envelope is cancelled on Feb 13, 1945.   The folded letter inside is stamped Feb 19, 1945.
It's just a newsy letter to the homefront, but it is all intact and is of historical interest.  No one in the family knows the sender or recipient to get it back to its original owner - maybe you do?
Let us know if you have any questions - thanks for looking and good luck!
