    Description

    My uncle worked for the Yost family for over 60 years. The original store was at Airy and DeKalb, and was a rug company. Later became a very nice furniture store - there for many years. This is an 8.75” button hook which is marked WALTER F. YOST RUG SHOP DEKALB & AIRY STS. NORRISTOWN, PA. Also says PAT’D 12.11.9. This is a bit hard to sell, but time to move it to a new home. I have not tried to clean or polish; will leave that decision to new owner. Weighs 36.3 grams. Great for a variety of collectors as well as Norristown collectors. Comes from smoke free and pet free home.
