Antique 19th Century Silver Plate Ship on Wheels Condiment Tray / Centerpiece

I have for sale an absolutely fantastic 19th century silver plate ship.
The ship is incredibly detailed. It consists of (9) total men. There are (7) on the deck, one on the wheel, and the final one is at the top of looking post. A couple of them by the figural bird front are holding flintlock rifles. I have provided over (5) dozen photos below, so please use them to look at how great this 19th century ship is. It is unmarked.
There are a couple issues with the piece that I noticed. The one pole and metal rope is snapped (but both present), and the front right-side wheel is missing. Other than that everything looks to be great. There's not a bunch of tarnish, but I chose to not polish it, in case the buyer prefers the aged look. However, if  you would like me to polish it, just send me a message before it is shipped, and I would be more than happy. It looks like it would shine up quick.
The ship is in two pieces. I am not exactly sure what it is. I am thinking it is some sort of condiment/centerpiece item.
The design on the deck of the piece has all the men falling around simulating hitting rough waters. Also, each side features an embossed cherub design.
